If you were in an accident that was not your fault, you may be entitled to loss in vehicle market value (Diminished Value). Let a car appraiser determine your car value!
Was your vehicle involved in an accident that was not your fault? Diminished value is market value lost because of a non-at fault accident and is determined after the repairs have been completed. Due to the accident, your vehicle will now have accident history. We all know that vehicles with accident history are not worth the same as vehicles that have never been in an accident.
Your insurance company will make you an offer in attempt to settle the claim. Hire a car appraiser to conduct an independent certified diminished value appraisal. This will verify if the insurance company's offer is fair or not.
Our certified diminished value appraisals are very detailed and will show your vehicle's pre-accident value and post-accident value. Is it also important to have the vehicle physically inspected by the appraisal company or the car appraiser you hire. Pinnacle Auto Appraisers always inspects vehicles unless the vehicle is no longer available.
At first you might think the claims process is very difficult to deal with and near impossible to get your claim settled. You don't have to be afraid. When you hire Pinnacle Auto Appraisers you get all our years of experience handling diminished value claims nationwide. With our extensive research, trial depositions and negotiations skills, we know how to handle each and every claim you hire us for.

Vehicle Market Value:
Market value means the worth of your car before an accident and is the amount you would receive for the vehicle after the accident.
Repair Related Diminished Value:
This is when your vehicle loses market value due to the repair facility not able to repair your vehicle back to pre-loss condition.
Inherent Diminished Value:
This is when your vehicle has lost market value after you have been in a non-at fault accident and has been repaired to pre-loss condition. Having negative accident/vehicle history is also a factor.
